What is Shifting Into Peace?

Shifting Into Peace is a 4-week emotional reset designed specifically for women who carry too much. It offers gentle but powerful guidance to help you step out of emotional overload and reconnect with inner peace without needing to fix everything around you.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for women who:
• Feel emotionally overwhelmed or burned out
• Are often the “strong one” for others
• Struggle to set boundaries without guilt
• Want to feel more grounded, calm, and emotionally free
• Are seeking rest, not retreat, from real life

When does enrollment open?

Enrollment opens July 21, 2025. The course starts August 1, 2025. Spots are limited to maintain intimacy and support.

How is the workshop structured?

The experience is broken into 4 themed weeks, each with a combination of:
• Guided lessons (live or recorded)
• Reflection prompts and journal tools
• Gentle daily practices
• Optional community connection and coaching opportunities

How much time should I expect to commit?

You’ll need about 30–45 minutes per day, with flexibility. The process is designed to support your real life, not add to your to-do list.

Is this therapy?

No. This is not a replacement for therapy. It’s a therapeutic-style experience rooted in evidence-based tools and emotional wellness practices. Many participants find it complements their therapeutic or spiritual work beautifully.

Do I have to attend live?

No. You can engage with materials at your own pace. Live sessions (if included) are optional, and replays will be available.

Will there be a community aspect?

Yes, if you choose it. We offer a private, supportive online space (not on social media) for connection, encouragement, and reflection. However, participation is completely optional.

How is this different from other self-care or emotional wellness programs?

This isn’t a quick fix or a surface-level self-care approach. Shifting Into Peace is trauma-informed, resilience-centered, and designed for personal growth with depth. It meets women where they are with tenderness, strategy, and space to reset.

What happens after the workshop ends?

Participants will be invited to continue their journey through the Peacefully Me Membership, a nurturing space for women who want to grow emotionally, spiritually, and relationally with ongoing support.
